Add onions and cook until tender. Add garlic, cumin, salt, chilli flakes and cayenne, and cook another 1-2 minutes.<\/li><li>Add beans and water and cook over medium-low heat until soft (a few minutes). Mash together, leaving a few chunks. Stir in 1 tbsp of cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.<\/li><li>Fry eggs in butter, sprinkling with salt and pepper to taste.<\/li><li>Spread black bean mix on the bottom of a wide bowl. Lay fried eggs on top and garnish with radishes, fresh cilantro, a lime wedge and tortilla strips.
