Follow the directions on the package for boiling time. Strain and set aside.<\/li><li>Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sautee until fragrant and just starting to soften.<\/li><li>Add into the skillet the petite diced tomatoes (undrained), spinach, salt, pepper, basil, nutmeg and chilli flakes.<\/li><li>Cook and stir over medium-high heat until the mixture begins to bubble.<\/li><li>In another bowl, combine the flour and half-and-half. Whisk until fairly smooth.
